Zelda is invariably the crown princess of Hyrule in whichever time period she
appears. She is also the possessor of the Triforce of Wisdom, imbued with the
essence of the Goddess Nayru. The essence of Nayru affords Zelda divine wisdom,
allowing her to discern the wisest decisions, especially in situations
concerning the welfare of Hyrule. It also grants her a myriad of mystical
abilities, including the ability to heal others.

Zelda was the young matriarch of Hyrule until its invasion by Zant, the Twilight
King, whom she surrendered to in order to prevent the deaths of herself and her
people. Afterwards, she is imprisoned inside a tower in Hyrule Castle. It is
revealed that Zelda is unaffected by the veil of Twilight Zant casts upon
Hyrule, and does not become a spirit like all the other inhabitants of the
kingdom. As the bearer of the Triforce of Wisdom, Zelda may have been protected
by its power. Zelda, dressed in a dark robe, meets Link during his earliest
transformation into a wolf (due to the interaction between the Twilight and his
Triforce piece). Later, she transfers her own power to aid the dying Midna,
losing her physical being in the process.

A smart warrior, Princess Zelda is capable of magic and skilled with the bow and
arrow but she knows how to handle other weaponry as well.

Zelda was taught battle strategies when she was young by her father, combat techniques, politics of the realm, how to wield a sword, bow, and various other weapons. Zelda is possessed by a steely core of determination and, while somehow she winds up needing to be rescued in the end, Zelda has proven Over and over that she is quite willing to fight and die for her kingdom. Her mother died when she was little, leaving her in the care of her nanny, Impa.

AGE: Roughly 20

HEIGHT: 5'5", 5'6"

WEIGHT: Around 110 lbs

BODY TYPE: Slender, long arms and legs

FACE TYPE: Angular, typical of Hylians and slightly eflish in appearence. Pointy ears.

COMPLEXION: Pale, smooth and soft. Her expression is usually somewhat stoic, but her smile breaks ice and hearts.

EYES: Dark blue.

HAIR: Long, soft, and dirty blond.

CLOTHING STYLE: She normally dons a long purple and white gown with Triforce designs decorating the lower front portion of the dress. Long white gloves adorn her arms, though she tends not to care much for them and likes to leave them balled up and stuffed under her bed. Impa did not like that.

SPEAKING STYLE: Her speech is usually formal and stiff, and while she is inherently kind and sincere, she can come off as prudish or snobbish when she talks. Occasionally she will loose the formal air, and this is when she comes across as an actual person as opposed to a ruler that has to keep cool.

GENERAL DEMEANOR: Zelda is feisty, smart, and not above pulling a blade (or a bow). She is one princess you kinda dont want to mess with.

CAREER: Princess of Hyrule; soon to be queen.

PREJUDICES: If you look like Zant or Ganondorf (or any Hyrulian enemy, really) she probably wont trust you.

BEST QUALITIES: Kind, sincere, loyal, smart, good judgment. She also doesn't lie, unless it's absolutely necessary.

WORST QUALITIES: She can be a tad stuck up, a bit bossy at times, but it's only because she is the ruler of a nation.

WEAKNESSES: Her patience can wear thin rather quickly. She's also got a bit of a temper.

HOBBIES: Archery, sword fighting, strategy games, reading, politics.

TALENTS: Nearly perfect with a bow, sword fighting, exceptional skills in magic, ability to heal.
